AMD Catalyst Performance Display Driver 11.11a is Available and You Want It

Version 11.11a for AMD's Catalyst graphics driver is out and you can download it from Softpedia. While the initial driver for November, version 11.11, isn't older than 9 days, AMD are presenting  a hotfix release, codenamed 11.11a, sporting some new additions in performance related to 4 major games recently launched: Batman Arkham City, Rage, Elder Scrolls Skyrim and Battlefield 3.

Catalyst creator Andrew D. notes on Twitter (@CatalystCreator) that users should "combine the Catalyst 11.11 CAP2 with the Catalyst 11.11a Performance Driver" for optimal results and an overall increase in the graphics quality.

Still there are some problems with Skyrim, and the AMD team is working hard to have them fixed. Again, Andrew D. notes: "Please note that Skyrim CF can't be resolved through a CAP update - needs a driver fix - trying to get this resolved ASAP."
