At the beginning of June, AMD is expected to launch its first processors based on the highly anticipated Bulldozer architecture, which are going to reach speeds as high as 4.2GHz with Turbo Core enabled, according to a recent leak.

The initial launch will include four processors, two of them featuring eight computing cores, while the remaining two pack six and respectively four cores.

The most powerful chip of the four is called the FX-8130P and, according to a post on the Chinese Zol forum, will have a base frequency of 3.8GHz and can reach up to 4.2GHz when in Turbo mode.

This is going to be AMD's only Zambezi FX processor to have a 125W TDP as the other three are rated as 95W parts.

Next in line is the FX-8110, which also features four Bulldozer models for a total of eight cores, but has a base clock of 3.6GHz and a maximum Turbo frequency of 4GHz.

Sadly, the clock speeds of the other two Bulldozer processors were not disclosed, but we do know these will have a TDP of 95W.

All the four Zambezi processors will come as Black Edition parts, meaning they feature an unlocked multiplier for higher overclocking headroom.

The chips also support the second version of AMD's Turbo Core technology, and come equipped with a dual-channel integrated 1866MHz memory controller as well as with a maximum of 8MB of Level 3 cache memory.

As we revealed earlier, the prices will start at $190, for the quad-core FX-4110, while the six-core FX-6110 will be available for $240. The two eight-core CPUs, the FX 8110 and the FX-8130P, will be listed at $290 and $320, respectively.

All AMD FX series processors are expected to be released on June 11 at E3 2011, with availability following shortly after. The first motherboard designs will be unveiled at Computex 2011.
