Users looking to acquire one of AMD's highly expected next-generation graphics cards can now draw up a budget plan. The prices for AMD's new lineup will be made available for the company's partners at Computex.

In the past month, details about AMD's RV770 GPU have surfaced on the web. Particulars starting with technical specifications and ending with estimations about the card's availability date have all been made available for Internet users. This time however, we are talking about the card's estimated price tag, which AMD is going to offer to its partners at this year's Computex show in Taipei, Taiwan. Apparently, AMD is holding back from officially announcing the price list for its upcoming graphics card lineup because it is waiting for NVIDIA to roll out its new product lineup.

The RV770-based graphics cards are said to bring some of AMD's former glory back, a thing that both users and AMD partners have been waiting for quite some time. Apparently, the new cards are meant to provide users with a performance upgrade of 20% compared to NVIDIA's current 8800GT and 9800GTX. And users will only have to wait until July for AMD's GDDR5-equipped 4870. The Radeon HD 4850 is expected to be released earlier.

Word is that the cards will be priced at $199,
