As announced some time ago, Lopez was booked to perform a medley of songs of salsa performer Celia Cruz in her memory for the awards gala that took place last night at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles.
She did not disappoint: not only did JLo manage to change her outfit 3 times in the space of just a few seconds, but she also danced her you-know-what off and sang live. The performance is spectacular if only for the choreography, in case you’re not a fan of Lopez’s vocals.
To all those saying a couple of years back that Lopez was “done,” this video should confirm that she’s far from it. If anything, she’s just getting started. Sangre caliente, look at her shake it.
