I don't know how many of you have played Grand Theft Auto I, but the game had started a lot of controversies since the very first beginning.

And since then, with every release, Take 2 have confirmed their intention to plunge deeper in the world of violence and underground affairs.

Despite the game being banned and blamed, gamers still love it. And the fact that GTA: San Andreas was released only for PS2 was a big disappointment to many people, but a big marketing hit for PS2 sales.

In their latest financial report, Take 2 announced that a PC and a Xbox version of GTA: San Andreas will be available this year. The question remains when exactly this will happen.

Rockstar confirmed that for the United States GTA: San Andreas will hit the shelves on June 7th, followed by the European release three days after. The PS2 version has sold 12 million copies so far.

The report is also revealing that Take 2 and Rockstar will launch a PSP version of GTA somewhere between May 1st and July 31st.

That wasn't the last of the shocks because, hidden among yet more brain-numbing numbers, was the confirmation of the fact that "Rockstar also expects to publish a new console game from their internal studios in the fourth quarter".

There are rumors of Take 2 lawyers trademarking some names for the next GTA game, for use in the U.S.: GTA 5, GTA 6, Grand Theft Auto: Tokyo, Grand Theft Auto: Bogota, Grand Theft Auto: Sin City.

Will we find ourselves involved in the depths of Japanese mafia or just trying to stay alive as drug lord in Columbia, in the next GTA? What other surprises is Rockstar conceiving?
