Google+ has just debuted a massive redesign, the first major one since the site launched. The big change is the new layout, Google has moved things about making the navigation a lot more intuitive.
The different apps, sections and features are available in a ribbon to the left, which can be customized to your heart's content.
The central section is reserved for the feed, which has gotten a few improvements itself. Navigating between the main feed and the one for your various circles is a lot easier thanks to the top buttons, which have been moved from the left side.
Photos and videos also take up more space in the feed, making it easier to enjoy them without clicking through to the original post. Finally, the chat section now takes up a third column to the right.
It's not just the main page that's gotten a redesign, the profile pages have been revamped as well, quite beautifully too, if inspired by Facebook.
