14 DAY TRIAL // Alex Rodriguez, better known as A-Rod, is just as famous for his sportsmanship as he is for his colorful love life. He’s found love again, a new report indicates.
He had to travel all the way to the Dominican Republic for that, Sports Yahoo notes.
“A newspaper in the Dominican Republic reports that New York Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez has found the Apollonia of his eye. As Diario Libre puts it, ‘A-Rod is stuck on a young girl from Santiago’,” the e-zine says.
For the time being, not too many details about the new romance have made it in the press, but that’s probably due to the fact that A-Rod is trying (and somewhat failing) to keep a low profile.
“A-Rod has been in living in a recurring semi-exile while he rehabs his surgically repaired hip and weathers the latest PED trouble coming from the Biogenesis clinic in Miami. And that stuff about his charity. Rodriguez did poke his head out on opening day to be with his team at Yankee Stadium, but he otherwise has stayed in the shadows,” the same media outlet writes.
In the shadows or not, word got out in the press that he’s found a new lady love.
“He spent practically all day last Saturday together with his new love, which, according to Diario Libre sources, is Rebeca Yunen Finke, 24, an honors graduate in Business Administration from PUCMM,” the publication says.
As celebrity lovers must know, A-Rod was linked to some of the hottest female stars and even involved in a big cheating scandal.
He was married to Cynthia Scurtis and, even before they divorced, went on to date Madonna, Kate Hudson, Cameron Diaz, and WWE Diva Torrie Wilson.
Now, he seems to have found love in the arms of a woman not related to showbiz.
