Gamers from around the world (or at least from Japan, for the time being), rejoice! If you ever thought that your PC game pad doesn't offer you all the functionality your require for certain games, then perhaps you should take a very close look at the following device, namely Elecom's steamy new USB game pad from the fresh "JC-U2510T" series developed by the Japanese company, which seems to have been created for some alien beings with 6 or 7 fingers per hand than for your everyday, earthling gamer.

More or less "inspired" by the Playstation controllers (the button layout is almost the same), this device offers users a unique controlling experience, namely no less than 10 buttons which they can customize at will, as well as a very solid grip, quite easy to grasp. Moreover, the black model is colored using a very special type of rubber-paint, which can withstand prolonged usage (crazy online gaming, death-matches etc.) and also offers an increased grip on the device, but the device is also available in a version coated in a normal, silver paint.

Here are some of the most important features this very special game pad from Elecom has to offer:

- dimensions: 141 x 106 x 56 mm; - weight: around 150 grams; - USB cable length: 1.8 meters; - button arrangement: PS-inspired; - operation mode: digital; - number of buttons: 10; - number of customizable buttons: 8; - interface: USB 2.0; - compatible with: Windows Vista XP/2000/Me/98.

This device will be available on the market from the middle of February, for just around 11 dollars (with taxes), which is a very small price for such an interesting device (around a dollar a button) that can really help users in their gaming activities. We are just a few, but there are many of you, Softpedia users, out there.
