One thing can be said for sure about the Asian actress (?) Bai Ling: at least, she's consequent in her fashion crimes, like Mariah Carey, in a way. She may act fairly decent but Bai has absolutely no idea on which planet she is.

And she has proven this time and time again, either with a careless nipple slip or panty-flashing. But this is a first for the normally outrageous celebrity: to appear in public in such an insanely colored dress is like a first degree murder in fashion!

Bai is pictured here a few days ago, when she was leaving a posh restaurant in Hollywood and it wasn't the paparazzi that blinded her with their flashlights, but exactly the other way around. I guarantee that, if you look for more than ten seconds at Ling's dress, your eyes will instantly begin to bleed.

Seriously now, some women should never be allowed to get out of the house and we say that without encouraging any kind of discrimination whatsoever. We understand the whole concept of being famous for being controversial, but too much is too much. And Bai Ling's dress is obviously too much...
