14 DAY TRIAL // The newly released trailer for the “Veronica Mars” movie is already setting up some major plot lines for the former high school detective.
The lovely Veronica has moved on from her crime-busting days. She's now set to get a job in a lawyer's firm in New York, getting ready for some high-powered cases. She's also living a love affair with her boyfriend Piz, when someone from her past calls and asks for her help.
A high-school reunion is probably the last thing on her mind, but that's exactly where she's heading to solve the case of her former boyfriend Logan being accused of killing his pop star girlfriend. At the reunion, you'll see some familiar faces, both friends and enemies.
Kristen Bell returns to portray Veronica Mars on the big screen, while Jason Dohring does the same for the role of Logan. The interesting thing is that this is a Kickstarter-funded project that aims to bring to the big screen the characters made popular by the mystery drama series. The movie is out in theaters on March 14.
