
A new Bond girl has been chosen! The producers have finally decided who to play alongside Daniel Craig in the new Bond movie, "Casino Royale". The lucky one is French actress Eva.
She will play Vesper Lynd opposite actor Daniel Craig as James Bond in Casino Royale, MGM and Sony Pictures Entertainment announced Thursday. The movie is set to hit theaters on November 17.
Eva Green is the daughter of French actress Marlene Jobert and a Swedish dentist and she has a twin sister named Joy. Green made her film debut in Bernardo Bertolucci's "The Dreamers". She also starred opposite Kristin Scott Thomas and Romain Duris in Jean-Paul Salome's French-language film "Arsene Lupin". In 2005, Eva starred as the female lead in Ridley Scott's "Kingdom of Heaven" with Orlando Bloom and Liam Neeson. She was nominated for Les Molieres, Paris, 2002, for the play "Jalousie en Trois Fax" in the category Revelation Theatrale Feminine and now the European beauty is the face of the Emporio Aramani campaign.
Some other new chosen actors to be part of the "Casino Royale" cast are Mads Mikkelsen as Le Chiffre (Bond's nemesis) and Jeffrey Wright as Felix Leiter.
