If you have many blogs using different platforms and respectively many web hosting services, sometimes it could be difficult to manage the article posting and editing process for all of them. Usually, you must login to every blog and access the administration panel in order to manage categories and posts. But this method is not so efficient as regards your time consumption and resource organization.

Fortunately a solution to implement a better blogging method exists. ScribeFire is a Mozilla Firefox add-on that represents a full featured visual blog editor. Practically, using this tool you can add, edit or delete any posts in your blogs, without the need to login to your blog administration panel.

After you install the ScribeFire add-on, click the orange icon which must be present in your browser status bar and from the ScribeFire blog tab select the Add new blog option in order to connect to an existing blog.

The blogging service can be set up manually or automatically. You are allowed to connect to blogging services powered on the next platform types: WordPress, Drupal, Movable Type, Textpattern and more.

After a successful connection to your blogging service, you can access previous posts to edit or delete, define new categories or add posts in any category you want. You are allowed to view your modifications in a new tab. While you are browsing, the page content can be added into the WYSIWYG editor using drag and drop. From a single browser window you can control all of your blogs in different tabs, due to the fact that ScribeFire tool allows you to gather them in a single place (one browser window for instance).

The first post will contain at the end the notice " Powered by ScribeFire ". If you edit this post and republish it, the next posts you will add will not contain this notice. I consider that the ScribeFire Mozilla Firefox add-on is a very useful tool for those bloggers who want to have a better control over the management of all blog posts and categories from a single browser window.
