A speaker for most modern interiors

Well, it's quite clear that the world of loudspeaker manufacturers was not at all left out in the generic evolution of design, and technology changes accordingly, giving birth to new, better and sometimes intriguing pieces of tech. NACSound has been around with exquisite and unique designs for a few years now and it seems that it just can't get enough of it; building on an "outside the box" thinking, the Italian team has managed to bring a very serious breath of fresh air in the field of loudspeaker design and its latest creation is as stunning as what it's already produced.

[admark=1]Codenamed Kayak, the latest home-purpose loudspeaker from NACSound boasts a lot of attributes you don't meet in its range.

Created to be installed in modern interiors and suitable for the wackiest settings, the NACSound Kayak screams innovation in the most exclusive design.

Unlike most other models with a more or less traditional approach in terms of design, the Kayak has nothing to do with what you've been used to in the world of loudspeakers; engineered so that it could be installed in pretty much any position, the Kayak can be easily accommodated between two walls, two pillars or suspended between the floor and the ceiling. Positioned either horizontally or vertically, maybe even diagonally, the NACSound Kayak will still deliver you the sound you've been expecting.

The speaker comprises dual conic shells in which the drivers are loaded, each firing in opposing directions. The sound waves are deflected and dispersed by the middle-loaded dual cone piece, acting as a sonic deflector with 360-degree dispersion, ensuring the full omni-directional sound that will fill any room with ease. Thanks to the aluminum cabinetry, the undesired resonance is kept to an undetectable minimum, so the 2x 60W RMS power rating can be used for serious listening in your home.

The NACSound Kayak comes with its own strands of high-quality Nacable, able to sustain weights up to 8 Kg, and being completely safe with Kayak's 5.6 Kg mass. This amazing speaker comes with a very handy 8 Ohm impedance and is therefore easy to use with most amplifiers. Now, the price, around $3,000, may not be its strongest point, but hey, we're talking design here, after all.
