It's been two weeks now since E3 2012 ended, which might explain why a significant portion of our news is dedicated to potential new hardware and the Nintendo Wii U.

But we also have two reviews this week: one for Krater, a game that tries to put a new spin on the dungeon crawling formula, and one for Sins of a Solar Empire – Rebellion, the Ironclad Games-developed and Stardock-published space-based strategy game.

We also deliver a Quick Look for Sins of a Solar Empire – Rebellion for those who like a more compressed evaluation of the game, and the first installment of Gamer Diary linked to it.

As always, there are also two Weekend Reading features to read: one dealing with how a modern man can create more gaming time for himself and another about the games that 2013 will launch with.

There’s always an EndWeekGame piece to devour and we also have a selection of the most interesting news from the week that passed us by.
