This week, the review department of Softpedia Games is delivering long-form evaluations for: Divinity: Original Sin, which offers a very classic role-playing game experience, Manhunter, Xenonauts, an interesting turn-based strategy title for fans of classic X-Com, the last episode of The Wolf Among Us from Telltale Games, Three Dead Zed and Squids Odyssey.

We also have new entries in the special Tour de France simulation created using Pro Cycling Manager 2014, which follows the route of the real-world cycling competition.

The launch of Xenonauts was also a good occasion to talk a little more about the core mechanics of the game and my experiences battling the aliens in a new Gamer Diary.

Our Editorials talk about how the gaming industry needs to limit the number of different versions that are launched for each video game and about the evolution of free-to-play and MOBAs.

We also have a Weekend Reading piece which offers some more details about the interactions between the Early Access Steam phenomenon and boxed copies.
