Dr. Charles Eugster can do 57 dips, 61 chin-ups, 48 abdominal crunches and 50 push-ups, in 45 seconds each. What's impressive is that he is 93 years old.

Eugster was always athletic, having participated in rowing competitions in his youth, but only started lifting weights at 87, when he noticed he started putting on weight. Since then, he began working out 3-4 times a week.

The former dentist keeps to his routine, as he describes himself as “extremely vain,” according to The Post Game. He even jokes about his motivation being a romantic one, wanting to attract “young 70-year-old girls on the beach.”

Euster advocates an athletic lifestyle, which made his transition possible at this age. He compares taking up bodybuilding at almost 90 to selling your old car in order to acquire a newer, better one.

“If you have taken care of your old car, it won't cost you so much. [...] But if you have neglected your car, it's going to cost you a lot,” he explains.
