A man has been arrested in Albany, Georgia for making a 911 call about his order at McDonald's.

Lorenzo Riggins says he had no idea that calling emergency operators about getting the wrong order was a misuse of the service.

He tells WALB that he wanted fries, seven McDoubles, and a McChicken burger and found that he was missing a McDouble.

He returned to fix the problem but apparently the attendant was “trying to get an attitude.” His call to 911 has been made public as part of the news report featured above.

He threatened to call police because of the mistake but, when officers got there, they detained him. He has spent the whole night in jail and now wants to settle the matter.

"I want justice, I want to be treated like a person with respect and any other person with respect, but I never knew that I was misusing 911," he says.
