CW series “90210” has become the latest victim in the ever-going ratings war. The Hollywood Reporter has confirmation that the TV show will bow out on May 13, after no less than 5 seasons on air.

In a market that’s getting tougher by the month, 5 seasons on air isn’t half as bad, if you think about it, though chances are fans can hardly find any consolation in this.

“90210 will end its run on The CW after five seasons, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed. The series closer airs Monday, May 13,” THR says.

The finale will also feature a cameo from none other than Michael Jackson’s eldest son Prince Michael, who seems more determined than ever to launch his career in showbiz.

“The CW has had five great seasons with America’s favorite zip code, 90210. I’d like to thank the talented cast, producers and crew for all their hard work and dedication to the series. We are very proud of the West Beverly High alumni,” CW president Mark Pedowitz says of the cancelation.
