The good things in life come in two, or so seem to think the buyers for Apple's recently released iPhone. 90 percent of them consider that all the waiting in line is not worth it unless they double their purchase. Most people bought two handsets on the launch on Friday.

Apple took into consideration the possibility of having many dealers buy a large number of iPhones just to sell them on the black market for an overprice. Because of this, they have allowed each person to buy two such phones at most. Everybody complied to this restriction, although have managed to find solutions to break it.

Reports show that three quarters of all people who bought two iPhones decided to put one of them out for sale on eBay. The remaining others resumed to giving it to friends or family. Indeed, eBay shopping site has been flooded by iPhones put up for sale at prices much over those found at AT&T.

Only 5 percent of those who bought two iPhones on Friday have decided to put them both on eBay for sale. They must have been among the few ones who have experienced problems with activating their device and considered it best to get rid of those expensive bricks as soon as possible.

The number of men queuing up for buying an iPhone has been of 80 percent. This may show that Apple's device is less appreciated by women or just that sitting in big lines waiting to buy a high-tech device is more of a manly thing.

Three quarters from all women who did wait in line to buy an iPhone were being joined by their boyfriends. Probably just to have someone protect them from potential dangers once they exit the Apple store with the valuable newly purchased possession.
