A 9-year-old Houston Texans fan was very excited to watch his hero during a practice game in early August. His family drove out to see J.J. Watt and the young boy managed to get his ball autographed.

Kanye Ortiz described being very excited to finally get the signature after waiting for the player to finish up.

His excitement was dampened only by the sight of an older boy in a wheelchair who was unable to get an autograph.

"We were waiting forever to get his autograph, and then he finally came around, and I was like, 'yes!' [...] and then I saw a boy in a wheelchair who was trying really hard to get it, and he couldn’t," he tells KHOU.

15-year-old Zuriel Sanchez has spina bifida. That day, he was going to go home empty handed. Ortiz asked his parents if he could give Sanchez the ball and they agreed to that.

Sanchez has now set it up in a display and he says that he will never forget the little boy's gesture.
