The company updates the BIOSes of even the entry-level mainboards

ASRock could have settled for updating only the BIOSes of its mid-range and high-end Socket LGA1150 motherboards, but it decided to do it for the entry-level series too.

That's why the company is now able to announce a truly long list of mainboards that are ready to welcome Intel's new Haswell-based processors.

If you see an ASRock Z87, H87, B85, or H81 series motherboard for sale at a retailer, or online, you can be sure it will be able to receive that new Core i3/i5/i7 unit, and even those Haswell Pentium and Celeron units that have started to crop up.

It should be easy enough to upgrade the BIOS on your motherboard, with a few clicks really.

If you've already done it, you might also want to check out the ASRock Cloud service, which lets you share photos, videos, and music with other people.

Owners of an ASRock 8-series platform from the list below can get a 3-year subscription for free (the name of the service is Orbweb.ME Professional). The offer won't last forever, but it's also true that there's no indication that this cloud solution is any better than all the others out there. So if you don't use cloud as a matter of course, you won't be losing out on much.
