77-Year-Old Teacher Exercises in the Snow in His Underwear

77-year-old former teacher Gao Yinyu works out in the freezing cold, often wearing almost no clothing.

Yinyu lives in Jilin, in the north eastern part of China, Daily Mail notes. You can see above as he does his exercise routine in -25C (-13F) cold.

He is quite toned, and has developed the skills of a season gymnast. He needs gloves because he uses metals bars for his gymnastics number. Apart from those, he often only wears his underwear. After doing his parallel bar routine, he bathes in the freezing water of a nearby lake.

He started doing his routine regularly 10 years ago, and he claims he has never caught a cold since. He felt motivated to keep in shape after retiring from his job and now he works out every day.
