Nvidia’s in-house Tegra Tab P1640 tablet leaked several days ago when the device appeared in Taiwan Certifications site NCC, along with some photos.

Today, Chinese blog chinadiy published a bunch of high-res pictures of an unannounced Nvidia Tegra Note tablet, which might be the same 7-inch slate spotted earlier this week.

As the name suggests, Nvidia’s tablet comes packed with a stylus, which is specific to Samsung’s Note series of tablets and smartphones.

In addition, the slate is rumored to feature a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 1280 x 736 pixels resolution, a 5-megapixel rear-facing camera and microUSB and HDMI ports.

Nvidia’s tablet is said to come equipped with a powerful 1.8 GHz quad-core Tegra 4 processor and will run Android 4.2.2 out of the box. It will ship with a magnetic Smart Cover that strongly resembles that of an iPad.

No word on availability and price tag yet, but we’re expecting details about Nvidia’s in-house tablet to go official this week at IFA 2013 trade fair.
