Chances are everybody knows at least one teenager who is nothing but convinced that their skating skills are out of this world, and those who have not yet had the chance to meet one such individual would do well to count their blessings.

As gifted skaters as some folks might be (in their head or otherwise), it looks like there is one fellow who can still teach them a thing or two about this sport: a 6-year-old boy who now lives in Bangalore, India.

The boy, identified as Gagan Satish, is so passionate about roller-skating and so incredibly gifted that, just a few days ago, he managed to cover a distance of nearly 230 feet (about 172 meters) in under 30 seconds.

According to Daily Mail, the 6-year-old covered this distance while roller-skating under as many as 39 cars that were parked one next to the other. During the entire ride, his face was just 5 inches (about 18 centimeters) above the ground.

Word has it that, by performing this little stunt, the 6-year-old has managed to set a new world record for limbo skating under cars. Still, the Guinness Book of World Records is yet to recognize his achievement.

Talking to the press, the boy's mother, 28-year-old Hema Satish, explained that the boy first started roller-skating when he was just a toddler, and that she and her husband got him his first pair of skates when he was merely 3 years old.

“We could see that his body was very flexible,' she said. 'After that we decided to send him for proper coaching. We always knew he would do well. Hopefully this is just the beginning of his sporting career,” the woman said.

Gagan Satish too admitted to being very passionate about roller-skating, and to dreaming about participating in the Olympics and setting new world records for this sport in the years to come. Until this happens, he will just have to settle on practicing.

“I love skating. I have been doing it since I was three years old. My next goal is to skate underneath 100 cars. I also want to go to the Olympics,” the 6-year-old boy commented on his plans for the future.

Mind you, roller-skating might not sound like a very complicated thing to do, but this schoolboy from India says that this sport is much more complicated than many would expect. This is chiefly because those who practice it are always in danger on injuring themselves.

“While practicing and training, he has been hurt many times. But he never backs out. During a limbo skating session a few months ago, he even had cuts on face because he was too close to the ground. He was bleeding also,” the boy's mother said.
