The new and improved Unity, which can be found in the Ubuntu Touch and which is constantly being worked on by Canonical, will receive a new Scope for 500px

In case you don't know this already, 500px is a high-quality online service for professional photographers. People have been using this online service for a while and it managed to get a very good reputation.

Now, on the other hand, Ubuntu Touch comes with Scopes, which are more like portals for specific searches straight from the interface. The developers have already built a large number of Scopes for Ubuntu Touch and more are being proposed.

The 500px Scope makes perfect sense. This is an online service, with categories for all sorts for photographic art. This means that Ubuntu users will be able to search for images right from the interface and also get a few filtering options.

Ubuntu for phones is already considered a stable operating system and, if you have a Nexus 4 or a Nexus 10 device, you can start testing the new operating system right now.

The 500px Scope for Ubuntu is in development and there is no time frame for a final version, although it's likely that it's not all that far off.
