500px has released an updated version of its photography software for iPhone and iPad fixing a number of issues and adding an enhanced About view with handy links to other resources, including social networks.

As fans of the application may recall, Apple recently pulled 500px from the iOS App Store citing concerns about age-restricted material (i.e. nudity). The app’s developers quickly coded up a new version and resubmitted 500px to the App Store.

In the meantime, a number of bugs were discovered. For example, the software would sometimes fail to load full-size images. 500px version 2.0.4 addresses this issue, as well as a number of performance and stability issues.

The update also enhances the “About” view with links to the 500px support page, and the service’s Facebook and Twitter pages. 500px remains compatible with all iDevices that support iOS 5.0.
