Well known rap star and sensation 50 cent is not quite pleased with just being a successful rap artist - he also wants to be an actor.
Or at least a movie star.

So, shortly after his Get Rich or Die Trying movie was released (and surprisingly pleased the hip-hop and R&B passionate audiences) he is said to star in another movie.

Live Bet is for now just a script written by Charley and Vlas Parlapanides ("Across the Sea", "Everything for a Reason") but was recently bought by Universal Pictures and it is said that the company intends on giving 50 Cent (in real life called Curtis Jackson) one of the lead roles.

The story is based on the actual existence of underground clubs in Manhattan that place bets and wagers on illegal car racing. The movie is rumored to focus on 50 Cent's character. Just like the studio's upcoming prison boxing pic "The Dance", also trying to gather audiences just by adding one very popular artist to the cast.
