It looks like HTC’s 5-inch superphone is about to make its entrance at Verizon Wireless. We first heard about the HTC DLX less than a month ago, though no details on the phone’s release date and price tag were available at that time.

About a week ago, the handset surfaced again in a MAP list and today Verizon inadvertently confirmed the upcoming release of the high-end smartphone.

The device has just been listed on Verizon’s support site as HTC Droid DNA ADR6435, but no other info is available for the moment.

However, previous rumors claim the smartphone will boast a 5.0-inch full HD (1080p) capacitive touchscreen display.

In addition, it will be equipped with a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor, 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of internal memory. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
