4MLinux, a mini Linux distro focusing on Maintenance (system rescue Live CD), Multimedia (e.g., playing video DVDs), Miniserver (using the inetd daemon) and Mystery (Linux games), is now at version 5.1.

4MLinux 5.1 integrates all the new features introduced in the previous versions and provides the latest applications, for all the functions.

The only difference from the previous beta version is that the current one can be upgraded to 4MLinux Allinone Edition.

There are two flavors available, 4MLinux-5.1 (with a GUI that requires 256MB of RAM) and 4MLinux-5.0 (with a TUI that requires 128MB of RAM).

Some additional components, such as Opera 12.13, LibreOffice 3.6.5, and Partition Wizard 7.6, can be installed from the repositories.

A complete list of changes and updates can be found in the official announcement.
