Twitter has announced that it's now available in a brand new language, Swedish. The announcement is not entirely unexpected, Twitter had said that it was one of the languages available for translation in the Translation Center.

In fact, Swedish is late as most of the other languages that were made available in the Translation Center along with it actually got integrated into Twitter earlier.

Along with the announcement, Twitter also said that more than 400,000 people have contributed to the crowdsourced translations which have made the site available in 21 languages.

Twitter is now looking at ways it can improve the Translation Center to make it easier for people to contribute.

"Expect to see further improvements to the Translation Center in the coming year, including new translation tools and more opportunities to help make Twitter accessible to every person on the planet," Twitter announced.
