Nokia’s Asha handsets, currently said to have been tagged as smartphones, have a lot to offer to their users, including a nice range of free games coming from EA Games.

Owners of Nokia Asha 202, Asha 203, Asha 305, Asha 306 and Asha 311 have access to 40 such titles today, and those who will purchase the recently unveiled Nokia Asha 308 and Asha 309 will enjoy them too.

Combined, these games would worth around €75, yet they can be downloaded for free BY simply hitting the EA Games Gift icon on the phone’s app list.

Of course, users will need to download them from the Nokia Store before playing them, and should be careful when doing so on a carrier’s network, as data charges might apply.

On any of the aforementioned Nokia Asha handsets, tapping on the EA Games Gift icon will get users straight to the EA collection page in the Nokia Store for fast access.

“You can download all 40 games and keep them forever, so long as you have enough storage on your phone, and you must do so within 60 days of first opening EA Games gift,” Nokia explains in a blog post.

Some of the games included in the list would be EA Sports FIFA 2012, Need for Speed Undercover, Monopoly Here and Now and The Sims 3 World Adventures.

Tetris Revolution, Medal of Honor, Need for Speed The Run, FaceBreaker and Connect 4 and Battleship are also included in the list.

“There is bound to be a game that will keep you occupied for hours and hours, no matter which genre of gaming you prefer,” Nokia notes.

For a complete list of games that Nokia and EA Games offer for free to Nokia Asha users, you should head over to this page on handset vendor’s website. If you have one of the aforementioned devices, you can simply hit said icon and access them all.
