Just like Kanex launched a 4-Port USB 3.0 and a USB 3.0 Gigabit Adapter, Buffalo has put together a USB 3.0 hub with just as many connectors. It then made another one with a different color.

That leads to the current situation: there are two hubs, called BSH4U20U3WH and BSH4U20U3BK.

The former is colored white, the latter is black. That would make the name of the “base” model BSH4U20U3.

One upstream USB 3.0 connection can be divided among four downstream links, all without the requirement for an auxiliary power adapter.

Sales will begin in December 2012 (next month, maybe as soon as three days from now). The price will be of 4,200 Yen, or $51 / 40 Euro.

For those who want different connectivity products, Buffalo has other things on sale or on the way, like a Wi-Fi router.
