The affordable action game is very simple to learn and play, but hard to master. This is the first game for a mobile platform developed by Think-Forward's.
As the company stated, they produced the game to have some fun and make a buck in case it will sell. About ten percent of all profits of the game will be donated. Further, Think-Forwards Mobile Application Solutions will still make a donation in case no profits are produced, which is something to admire.
In 4-LawnMower Man the player is challenged to drive a lawn mower using an electronic joystick to acquire points, while trying to avoid obstacles on the course, which would lead to losing points. The game requires fast reactions and good reflexes, as it plays like a dodgeball game. Try to lawn as much grass as you can while trying to prevent the gopher that challenged you from digging holes.
The players will take the role of a simple man that enjoys to mower lawn, the purple color and the number 4. That's why he's steering a purple lawn mower that has the number 4 stamped on it, and wears t-shirt with the same number. You start to cut lawn and battle the bad gopher after you've been rudely awakened by the pestering animal. The goal of the game is to cut as much grass as you can within a five minute time window, while avoiding contact with objects and animals.
4-LawnMower Man has been rated as a 4+ game by Apple, which means that none of the animals in this game are killed or harmed in any way. The game requires an iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad device running iPhone OS 3.0 or later (iOS 4.0 Tested) and 9.9 MB storage space. The game can be downloaded from AppStore for only $0.99.
