The cellular Nexus 7 32GB is now available in Australia for a lot cheaper than the usual price. However, those who order one might end up receiving it next year.

AusDroid reports that the 3G Nexus 7 32GB is now available at Australian retailer Kogan with a 10-day shipping time attached to it. That’s business days, of course.

Although the tablet is priced at $330 / €265, Kogan is charging customers $19/€15 shipping fee, which adds to the final cost of the slate. Check it out here.

Not to mention that Kogan’s delivery times leave a lot to be desired, which means that those who order the 3G version of Nexus 7 32GB might receive it just before Christmas, if they are lucky enough.

In the same piece of news, Kogan also offers the Wi-Fi only Nexus 7 32GB at a discounted price of $260 / €205, which is decent enough.

However, the retailer claims that the slate will ship within 5 business days, though there’s no telling when exactly it will reach customers, especially due to the fact that this is not a Kogan-branded product.

Customers who frequently purchase from the Australian retailer have probably noticed that most Kogan-branded devices are delivered much faster.

With that in mind, Android enthusiasts may want to think twice before making their purchases via Kogan.

There are other alternatives to Kogan, such as OfficeWorks and Dick Smith, both offerings matching up the former’s deal in the 3G Nexus 7 32GB tablet.

Although OfficeWorks sells the tablet for a bit more than Kogan, you might end up getting it 5% cheaper by exercising your negotiating skills. In some cases, the OfficeWorks store beat the Kogan’s offer, while in other it didn’t.

Those who are not in a hurry might want to wait a few more days as other major retailers in the country, such as JB Hifi and Good Guys, are expecting their 3G Nexus 7 32GB stocks.
