After yesterday we’ve learned about the hacking operations that targeted CDSN, leaving 6 million Chinese programmers exposed, it turns out that the programmer community was not the only one affected by a breach. Three other Chinese websites were targeted, from each the hackers leaking the details belonging to millions of customers.

Duowan, a popular gaming site’s databases stored sensitive information on 8 million users, while another website called 7K7K reportedly leaked the credentials of 20 million individuals, Penn Olson informs.

178.com also fell victim to a similar attack, 10 million users remaining exposed.

The same sources mention rumors about two major social networks being affected, but so far no official statements have been made.

The gaming websites didn’t report anything about the breaches, but the information the hackers published online looks genuine.
