The fourth biggest Powerball jackpot in history has been claimed by a 44-year-old Dominican republic native working at a deli in New Jersey.

Pedro Quezada, pictured above, bought the $338 million (€259.3 million) ticket in Passaic at the Eagle Liquors store, NY Daily News reports.

Shop attendant Pravin Mankodia who has sold him the ticket claims that he has had a good feeling about it, almost predicting it would be lucky.

Owner Sumil Sethi comments on Quezada's win being a sign of the Unites States really being a land of opportunity. Quezada moved to Passaic when he was younger, and he has lived there for most of his life.

"I'm going to help a lot of people, whatever they need," he describes, when asked about what he would be using the money for.

As I posted before, since he is choosing to take out a lump sum payment, he is walking away with $211 million (€161.8 million), which after taxes amounts to $152 million (€118 million).
