The illusive Nexus 7 tablet has launched in various regions, though the 3G version has yet to arrive in some countries.

AusDroid reports that the Wi-Fi model has just gone on sale at JB HiFi for only $300/€240. Keep in mind that this is the 32GB variant and is available both online and at the retailer’s brick and mortar stores. Check it out here.

The Asus Nexus 7 32GB Wi-Fi tablet comes equipped with a powerful 1.3 GHz quad-core Nvidia Tegra 3 processor, an ULP GeForce graphics processing unit and 1GB of RAM.

The slate lacks microSD card slot for memory expansion, but the 32GB of storage should be more than enough for users.

Software-wise, the tablet ships with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box, though an Android 4.2 update is available for download as well.
