32-year-old Justin Jedlica, from New York City, has already spent $100,000 (€77,000) on cosmetic surgery over the last 10 years.

Justin's upper body muscles have been enhanced with silicone implants, to give him that coveted Ken doll look. Plastic man has pectoral implants, six-pack implants, triceps and biceps implants, as well as those must-have fashionable buttock implants.

He sees plastic surgery as mesmerizing and glamorous, and admits to being obsessed to surgical procedures. He refuses to work out, as he doesn't believe that is nearly exciting or “fabulous” enough, ABC News reports.

“I love to metamorphosize myself, and the stranger the surgery the better,” he says, proudly.

The first time he went under the knife, it was for his glutes. He believed they weren't “perky enough.” He achieved this effect a series of surgeries later, and didn't stop until he reached a whopping 90 procedures.

His brow bones have suffered changes over the years and those cheekbones are not a gift from mother nature either. Of course, his lips couldn't be anything less but Angelina Jolie full, so he had silicone implanted in them.

Justin was a smart, geeky child and always a straight A student. As a child, he became obsessed with the idea of surgery, and always dreamed about, one day, correcting his nose, which he felt was enormous for his face. He achieved facial symmetry after not one, but 5 rhinoplasties.

Justin Jedlica is proud of his appearance and loves it when people asked him why some areas of his body, such as his chest, seemed to be so toned and developed, while others, like his arm, weren't.

After his first nose job, he started believing he was handsome, and hasn't stopped since, even though he still feels there is much to correct about his body, artificially, of course.
