The last batch of HP TouchPad devices is now available for purchase in the United States, and HP is offering the tablet at discounted price tags for webOS

developers interested in it.

The Developer Device Purchase Program for the HP TouchPad is time limited, and is available only for registered developers living in the US, Canada, and Europe.

Only the 32 GB flavor of the device was included in this purchase program, and goes for $149.99 for developers in the United States and Canada.

Developers in Europe will have to pay €150 for the device, while those who live in the UK will need to get £130 out of their pockets. All of these prices include VAT, HP notes.

According to the company, “All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be made.”

Developers interested in the purchase of this device have until Friday, November 18th, 2011 to send requests for receiving coupons for the purchase of a 32 GB HP TouchPad.

“Coupons are valid through November 27th, 2011 or while supplies last,” the company notes, adding that “Coupons are available to registered developers only. (HP employees are not eligible.)”

“One (1) device may be purchased with each coupon, and you may request up to two (2) coupons. The coupon(s) will be invalidated once used,” HP also explains.

Developers will need to include their webOS developer user name in the request (the one used for logging into the webOS Developer Center). Specific info on the Purchase Program and what devs need to do to participate can be found here.

Several days ago, HP announced that a new set of TouchPad devices was made available for purchase in the United States at a reduced price tag, but only bundled with an HP computer.

However, registered developers interested in the purchase of the device will be able to grab it for the discounted price without having to purchase a new computer as well.
