The product will be on display at IFA 2013, next week

Here's a product we'll sure get to look at while at IFA 2013, the trade show that will take place in Berlin, Germany next week.

We don't have a name for it yet, but the essentials have been revealed: the monitor is a 31.5-inch LCD display with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels.

That's right, this is a larger than usual, though not exactly huge, UHD PC monitor, not a 4K TV.

Don't think just anyone will be able to get it, though. Sure, it might be accessible to all, but it's not supposed to act as a consumer display.

Instead, given the 99% coverage of the Adobe RGB colorspace, Samsung's invention is more suited for graphics designers.

The price and the rest of the specifications are being withheld until IFA itself.

Don't be fooled by the photo up there, however. That's the other UHD display Samsung has in store, a 98-inch video wall.
