Police have been looking for him since late last year

A 23-year-old from Ilaro, a town in the Ogun State of Nigeria, has been arrested for hacking into several high-profile websites and for defrauding people. 

According to the Nigerian Tribune, the man, identified as Adeniji Lukman, has recently graduated from college and is an expert in web design.

He has admitted hacking into the websites of several government agencies, including the State Security Service, the National Examination Council, the Nigeria Immigration Service, and the Nigeria Customs Service.

He has also breached the systems of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board to steal exam questions and answers, which he has sold to others. The hacker is also said to have sold fake recruitment forms to job seekers.

Authorities have been trying to apprehend him since late last year. He was finally arrested on September 26, 2013.
