Hackers from the Turkish Ajan group have managed to deface 21 websites belonging to world-renowned Japanese electronics corporation Panasonic.

The affected domains are Panasonic Electric Works and Matsushita (Panasonic was formerly known as Matsushita) websites from several European countries, including Sweden, the UK, Germany, Austria, Spain, Hungary, the Netherlands, Italy, France, Czech Republic, Switzerland and Poland.

The hackers have also leaked some information from the targeted sites, but the files they’ve published have been removed before I could see what they contained.

At the time of writing, all the affected websites have been taken offline. Most likely, they’re hosted on the same server, allowing the hackers to easily deface them.

This is not the first time when Turkish Ajan hackers target Panasonic. In early January, they defaced several subdomains of Panasonic Czech Republic and Slovakia.
