Last week saw the release of the highly anticipated music video for “Pretty Girls,” the first collaboration between pop star Britney Spears and Australian rapper Iggy Azalea. As promised, the first live performance of the duet took place last night, at the 2015 edition of the Billboard Music Awards.

You can see it in full in the video below.

Since the music video had a strong ‘80s vibe, it was to be expected that the performance borrowed some of that from it. So there were glow-in-the-dark bikes and backup dancers dressed like an aerobics class from the ‘80s, including neon leotards and leg-warmers.

This time, though, both Britney and Iggy were the “alien” beings, with Iggy donning a silver two-piece, while Britney looked stunning in a completely see-through / mesh unitard with high pleather boots.

There were fewer camera cuts to the audience compared to other performances, but seeing how “Pretty Girls” is basically the perfect summer song, I can only imagine everyone was having a blast, celebrities and fans alike.

Earlier in the night, Britney and Iggy walked the red carpet together and posed for pictures for the photographers. Also on hand were their respective partners, so there were a lot of “loved up” photo ops as well.
