Police have charged two men in the shooting that left 13 people wounded at a park in Chicago last week. A 3-year-old boy was among the victims of the Cornell Square Park shooting.

Byron Champ, 21, and Kewane Gatewood, 20, have been arrested in connection to the incident. According to Fox News, none of them actually shot anyone.

Champ has a criminal record, being convicted of unlawful use of a weapon by a felon last year.

Officials hope that the arrest will lead to other suspects being captured. They believe that the incident has been an attack by the Black P Stones street gang on Gangster Disciples members.

The incident may have been prompted by a Disciple firing at a Black P Stones member just hours before. The former was not severely wounded.
