Pizza Hut is interviewing for their social media manager position, a job that should turn one into a "manager of digital greatness."
The catch is that the interviews will only last 140 seconds. Mashable details that the chain debuted its campaign to find a social media expert during SXSW, also making the position public via Twitter and Facebook.
The time limitation should help pick quick-acting and quick-thinking candidates from the bunch. The number of seconds allocated for the interview stems from Twitter's 140-character limit for messaging, something the future holder of the job will know very much about.
I believe their offer is very interestingly put, and serves well as a promotional campaign. They are even marketing it on Twitter under #becauseimgreat.
