ShoeMoney.com's owner posted a picture on the web showing a Google AdSense check bringing no less than $132,994.97 to the webmaster. As you can see in the adjacent photo, the check was released in September 2005 but it's still impressive how much money you can receive using a simple web technology. According to a message posted by the website's owner on his blog (who apparently avoided using his real name from obvious reasons), the only expenses were $299 per month for 1 server hosting. "I would say at least 130k was profit", he explained.

"I never tried to make any money the first 1.5 years it was running. I just concentrated on providing a good service. About 2 years after I started the site It started to do good revenue from AdSense", the ShoeMoney owner continued.

The most impressive statistics refer to the number of users who accessed the page: 75,000 unique visitors per day! A stunning number when you think you're only at the beginning of your web experience and only a few consumers heard about it. "About 70% of the traffic was direct 15% from search engines and 15% from referrals."
