Rumor has it that THQ's Avatar: The Last Airbender-The Burning Earth for Xbox 360 "hands out all of its achievement points after about a minute-and-a-half of pressing the B button," according to TheGoldenDonut's C-Blog. Owners of an Xbox 360 are surely going to want to look into this as soon the game hits the shops, as THQ can't possibly do anything to the game to fix this if this is an in-house mistake of course and not something done on purpose by the developing team.

You see, within the first two minutes of playing THQ's Avatar: The Last Airbender-The Burning Earth, gamers can earn as many as 1000 Achievement Points, and they only have to press one button over and over again to do it - precisely, the B button. The game only has 1000 Points to offer so one can't help wondering whether this is a mistake on behalf of the renowned developer, or a move to attract gamers who will do conversion, then do the subtraction and realize that they're paying around 15 bucks less for the game's original retail price.

In The Burning Earth, as you accumulate combo hits, just like in every game of this sort, you get Achievement Points ranging between 150 and 300 points. However, once you've mastered the B-button mashing technique, the moment you see 60 hit combo on the screen, the 1000 MS Points are yours, having earned all five of the game's Achievements - just so everyone knows what to do when they buy theirs.

Avatar: The Last Airbender-The Burning Earth continues Aang's fight against the evil Fire Nation in order to restore balance in his war-torn world. Based on the second season of the Avatar animated series, players will join Aang and his friends as they master their skills and fight their way to defend the greatest Earth Kingdom city against a deadly Fire Nation invasion.

There will be some intense multiplayer action going on, according to an older THQ report, puzzles to be solved, quests, flying levels, and new Arena Combat. Avatar: The Burning Earth launches exclusively for the Xbox 360 on the 19th, of November, 2007 (that's today).
