It's been a while since fashionistas first started putting on vintage clothes, and wearing such items of clothing has pretty much become a trend.

Still, I highly doubt any fashion aficionado would even think of putting on the 1,700-year-old woolly jumper that's been discovered in Norway, regardless of how bad the itch to make a fashion statement might be.

Sources say that the jumper was found about two years ago. Since then, researchers have been busy analyzing it and they've come to some very interesting conclusions.

Thus, they now claim that it was made between 230 and 390 AD.

It was crafted from wool woven in diamond twill, and it most likely belonged to a man who lived and hunted close to the Norwegian Lendbreen glacier thousands of years ago.

Interestingly enough, other similar clothing items have been discovered in this part of the world over the past years.

This suggests that the people inhabiting present-day Norway many years ago were no strangers to fashion, and wore clothes that abode by the rules of a certain style paradigm.
