"Life Is a Fiesta" is a catching real life simulation game published by Lanetro Zed. It basically aims at those interested in building themselves an alternate reality where they can eventually reach success.

The concept is definitely not a new one, as it follows the marks left behind by The Sims and Miami Nights. The only difference in the story line is that the gamer here plays the role of a UCLA student that has to improve his social life status by strengthening his social week points while maintaining his strong ones at a high level.

The player can choose between six characters with three personality types that come as a male or female figure. Thus, there is a sports jock with a strong body, a studying type with no good looks and, finally, a character that is situated somewhere inbetween.

The challenge of the game consists in making friends among the students at UCLA, going to classes and facing different life situations. In order to complete the game, the player must reach success, which stands for different things, depending on the character's personality type. For example, the jock will have to get himself included in the sports team, whereas the balanced character will have to successfully avoid being expelled.

Throughout the game, publishers tried to capture all elements that a student faces in his campus life. Thus, you can experience attending classes, going to parties, practicing sports and even making pranks that are specific to life at UCLA.

This version of the game is available in Europe and requires J2ME to be installed.
