Jennifer is Courteney's real life best friend but things are about to get more interesting for them really soon. As we first reported, the two former 'Friends' are going to share the same set once again, after many years since the popular sitcom ended, but they won't be on such friendly basis this time. After trying hard to score a cameo appearance on another hit series, '24', and being turned down for her too well known face, Aniston got a guest starring role in her friend's brand new show, 'Dirt'. Executive produced by Courteney and her husband David Arquette, the series is only at its beginning but it's already garnering warming reviews and attracting a very large audience. 'Dirt' deals with the world of tabloid journalism, a world in which Courteney is the ultimate queen. She plays Lucy Spiller, a bitter woman who would literally kill to get a great story, no matter if that means intruding in the lives of other people and hurting them on the way. Jennifer will take on a part similar to Courteney's but, naturally, the 'this town ain't big enough for the two of us' saying will apply for them too. Producer Matthew Carnahan confirmed to 'TV Guide' that Aniston's role will be that of Tina Harrod, the editor of a rival magazine who gets to cross paths with Spiller. The good news is that Harrod will also be a lesbian and that, during one of the conflicts, she and Spiller will actually get to lock lips, thus making all those 'Friends' fantasies come true. 'Aniston's character is a lesbian. What's more, she won't just mouth off to Cox's tightly wound counterpart; she's going to share a lip lock with her.', Carnahan said in the interview. If you're already waiting to write down the date said kiss will air, pencil in hand and everything, here's more information: the episode with Jen and Courteney will go on air on March 27, when the season finale is scheduled.
